Dr. Avinash Rao is an experienced Consulting Pediatrician who has been practising in Mumbai since 1990. He has completed his major educational achievements from the prestigious Grant Medical College and JJ Group of Hospitals. He worked as Resident Doctor as a part of curriculum in various departments of JJ Group of Hospitals and Grant Medical College while pursuing MD in Pediatrics. Dr. Rao also worked as a Clinical Assistant in Pediatrics and Neonatology at PD Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai.

He is currently attached as an Honorary in the Department of Paediatrics of RN Cooper Medical College & Municipal General Hospital, and Consulting Visiting Paediatrician at BSES MG Hospital. Dr. Rao is also associated with Criticare Hospital and KLS Memorial Hospital in Mumbai in addition to providing his consultancy from Dr. Rao Nursing Home.
